Is this a baby jellyfish?

First two wouldn't show on my laptop but the third does. Definitely a jellyfish. Jellyfish have a multi stage life cycle. Sexually produced larva settle and attach to a rock or other hard surface and make a polyp. The polyp (looks kinda like a zoa) will bud off the free swimming medusa stage that you're seeing. You might also try feeding live baby brine shrimp.

Yes, I wiped the interior glass with my finger before I knew these little "things" were in my tank. Within 3 hours my finger was double its normal size and throbbing. That was around Jan 17th (ish). I am just now getting full mobility back in my finer and it is still "stiff" sometimes. I am going to do a water change tomorrow and be very careful not to touch any of these folks.

Invest in some long gloves. The yellow ones are great but a little bulky. The disposable ones work well too. Examples below.
