Is this a bacteria bloom?

. What is it and how do I get rid of it..Tank has been up and running for 15months I have 2 small clown fish 2 nassarius snail 2 trochus snail. As for filter I am using chemical pure blue and filter sock that I change weekly. I feed only 1 type of food SA 1.2mm pellets. As for parameters temp 78-80 nitrate 5ppm phosphate 0.3ppm ph 8.4 it’s a 10g IM one more thing I can see it along the edges of the rock work

Pretty sure it's some kind of cyno bacteria.

Luckily that's a ten as well. Easy fix. We should make it a double... run a rip clean after reading the sand rinse thread linked there

Just the chemi pure blue water is super clear I also been having diatom bloom on the rocks if that helps in anyway.
