Is this a barnacle boy or some unwanted dude?

Picked up a conch buddy and she has an accessory. Is this a barnacle or some weird snail? It has a little dark shaped something (eyes or antennae??) which pops out occasionally but I can tell. Acclimating now but not sure what to do. Please help

Its a Limpet snail and reef safe algae eater
