Is this a Berghia?

I found two of these in my chaeto and I assume they're Berghia Nudibranchs. Are they OK in my sump?

Only thing they'll harm is aiptasia. If they don't have access to aiptasia they will die after several days...

The images help. I'm 90% sure they're Berghia. Those lines are chaeto, not grates. They're nestled inside the chaeto ball and this was as close as I could get the camera.

Difficult to tell from the picture. If it looks more like the one in this picture, it’s a zoanthid eating nudibranch.
