I must have accidentally set my ATO off in fusion, and stupidly turned it on from here at work just now using the fusion app, hence overdosing kalkwasser. PH just went from 7.9 to 8.3. Should I be worried? My wife is home and could dump 20ml of vinegar in the sump, or should I just let it ride and stabilize slowly?

I've never had that happen, but 8.3 isn't really in the danger zone... I would have het take a good look at the animals. If they all look ok, I wouldn't worry too much about it... maybe a 20% water change when you get home. If they look stressed, then possibly take immediate action.

So I got home last night, and everything looked awesome for some reason? I guess a .5 ph swing didnt bother anything at all. Seems like the opposite!

I've had exactly the same thing happen when my ATO didn't turn off. Checked salinity and alkalinity....when both were near normal, I just let it go. No ill effects noted.
