Is this a black widow? I need an ID

It has a really dark base, the bubbles are a little lighter then I would think, and it has the white stripes around the mouth? Any opinions would be great on if it's just a reg bubble tip or a black widow and a fair price. It's also about 7-8" across.

Ugh. I came for a spider. I use to have a black widow i kept in a tank, she came in on produce at the grocery store.

Not a black widow, just a pretty rose. Widow will have red base with webbing all around oral disc as well as mouth
