I cannot tell from pics I have seen. The like to put up little red filaments out of the sand. I cannot seem to get it cleaner as it is sticking to the sand.

Looks like a peanut worm or something else with those small tentacles.
 
Neither. Probably a spaghetti worm. Spaghetti worms are awesome and excellent to have in the sand bed. Leave it be to do it’s thing. Pest ‘hysteria’ is all too common with reef novices these days LOL.
 
Great. I was not too worried. Plus my puffer finds them as a tasty snack when they are out far enough.
 
The first time I saw this guys I thought it was just a strange looking hunk of algae in the sand. Now when I see them while cleaning/vacuuming the sandbed I make sure the don't get sucked up!
