Just a regular bristleworm. Nothing to worry about!
Ok great should I remove it? I’ve read they’re actually kinda good for your tank but can get out of control and infest, so I want to stop that before it happens!

I like them. Seem to be a beneficial part of clean up crew. I do not minds seeing like 5 every foot of tank at night. Mine have never gotten out of control, cuz I feed an amount that fish eat within a minute

They aren’t bad for tanks. I like to keep them around, they only help the cuc and my pistol shrimp eats them.
Many people do find them disgusting though.
