AIO. It’s a Red Sea 425. Have had the tank for over a year and have never seen them. I was changing out my GFO and found 2 small ones on the bag

That's an external sump (in the bottom). Chances are you have some in your main display and one or more found it's way into the overflow, down the pipes and into the GFO.

There's not a lot you can really do to eliminate them except remove when you spot them or invest in predators that will actively seek them out.
