is this a bristleworm? should i kill it?

Young polychateo. I dont like them in my tank. Some do. Id personally remove it.
Boil it, grill it, etc LOL

Which if i read right is in the syllidia family...so i would remove.
 
better safe than sorry, good practice to remove regardless. Although bristleworms aren't shown to be harmful they also aren't shown to be hugely beneficial so regardless of the ID positive it is in your best interest to remove. Plus a lot of people think they are quite unsightly
