Is this a bristleworm? Sorry for poor quality.

Sorry for the terrible quality. Just saw this worm last night. It crawls away from the flashlight and couldn't get a good video of it. I set the tank up with dry rock and dipped my corals but still managed to get a worm. Just want to make sure this is a bristle worm and not a nuisance worm.
