I’ve actually been looking to add one more fish to this system just haven’t pulled the trigger.

Well if you do decide to get another fish don’t get it because of the flatworms, you may be disappointed as it may loose interest.

Those are free living flatworms. They just never bother anything and their population never increase much, disappeared after a time.
No need to worry. Not the dread Red Flatworms. No specific treatment needed

Echoing everyone else. These are ghost flatworms. They're relatively palatable to most fish, don't usually grow into plagues, and are basically free fish food. Do nothing unless you despise the look of them then risk adding some sort of cryptic wrase like a possum or pink streak imo. They devour little micro creepy crawlies like these. You'll never see them again and most fish leave them alone (cryptic wrase)
