I have a Biocube that's been running for nearly a year. Today I noticed some cracks across the front (curved portion) of the tank. They are TINY, just hairlines. I can feel them if I scratch across it with my fingernail on the outside of the tank.

Scared about some sudden, catastrophic failure. :-(

Crack or scratch? Can you rub your fingernail across the inside and outside of tank and feel the line?
If only one side- not of concern. If on inside and outside- could be a risk under water pressure

It's super "shallow" - as in, I can feel it on the outside, and it doesn't go "deep" into the glass. If I look at it from a downward angle, it is just on the outside surface.

I was just struck by how "sharp" it is - I would have expected a scratch to be a bit more jaggedy.

You should then be fine
