Is this a critter or just detritus?

I've noticed a few of these dark red hairs at the bottom of the tank. There are just maybe 3 or 4 in the tank and I'm trying to figure out if this is something alive or not. I have 2 clowns and a CUC of snails and hermits. Is this a critter or detritus. If it's a critter, do I need to get rid of it? If so, what do I do to get rid of it?

Yeah, phone cams suck. It seems to be gone now. I'll keep a look out for it.
