Tore down my 54 corner tank. Was going to get it ready for a reef. This front left seam has me a little worried. Its been running for the last 3 years with FW with no leaks. All the other seams (that are visible) look fine. Could I just reseal this one side?

It could be a disaster but not more than a new tank.
A week ago my good friend Andre's new tank sprung a leak at the bottom seal, 300 gallons of saltwater pretty much destroys the whole down floor.
In your case you can strip the inside seal totally and apply a new one.
You got to make sure you have to clean all silicone of the glass and use the right silicone 1.
Why remove all seams cause new silicone don't bond with old.

What's the best black silicon to use? Rtv?
I've never resealed a tank before. Makes me more than a little nervous

If you never have done it before consult a pro.
Or just it's time for upgrade to a RR tank.
