Is this a disease or a new marking?

So I have had my royal gramma for 3 months now and I noticed this spot right above his eye. He’s been doing fine and has shown no signs of scratching against the rock or looking ill. Just looking the same as always. Just introduced a Midas Blenny the day before I saw the spot which may be what is causing this but I’m unsure. I’m very unfamiliar with fish diseases so I’m unsure if this is one or not. These are the best pictures I could get of it. Look right above his left eye

Looks to me like a scrape or post injury. Keep an eye on it as it should be improving daily, not getting worse
Melafix May help but not necessary

Alright, I’ll keep an eye on it. Haven’t seen it since yesterday but when I see the tank again I’ll make sure to check
