Is this a disease or bites?

I was in my lfs and saw this neon goby. It looked like marine ICH to me but I asked and he said it was the clownfish he was in with. I think it's a disease, what do ye think?
Hope the quality is okay, I don't need an exact diagnosis, just bites vs disease.

That is marine ich,or a similar-looking disease. Clownfish don't go around poking other fish with a white gel pen.

I know the feeling. My favourite LFS closed a few months ago.

Yeah, it's so sad seeing them like that. I wish they put more care into their fish

Then you need to find a trustworthy store online. Do not buy from this store.

It’s skinny and has ich, as others said, I’d avoid this store for livestock. You can buy pre quarantined fish online.

@Jay Hemdal and @vetteguy53081 do you have recommendations on prequarantined shops online from first hand experience? I’ve been rather unlucky with one of the vendors that sell prequarantined fish and I’m scared to try again with them.

FisHotel is amazing, and does custom(ish) orders over on the humble.fish forums. He'll put up a list of what the supplier he's ordering from has, people can request whatever they like off that list, and then they can buy it if/when it arrives successfully and makes it through QT. He also sells the 'leftovers' on his site.
