Just got this shipped with multiple other coral, hasn’t opened yet (3days) is this a Duncan?

All parameters are okay, just checked

Hard to tell from photo but does not appear to be one. Does it have a branching skeleton as a base?

How do these zoas that refuse to open up look?

The zoas probably want a little more light, but i don't know what you are running. Your tank still looks very young,(i could be wrong) i don't see any coralline algae on the rocks and very little micro fauna in the sand. If I am guessing right, i wouldn't buy any more coral for awhile and let the tank mature a bit and let the coralline algae grow out and other natural fauna and the like a bit before adding more corals.
If you have your water parameters we could help more.

Ah that would explain it then. Your tank looks like a tank that is cycling to me since you didn't have any coralline and only some fauna in the sandbed, but the one fish sort of explains it. You should think of adding another small fish or two, some copedpods, and maybe a bottle of coralline, just get to some coralline started and grow more microfauna.
Your salinity is a little low and calcium a little high, nothing of real concern though, otherwise everything looks fine. Some may say your nitrates/phosphates are a little high, but for zoas and most other LPS they should like/love it. Your zoas I would just move up into a bit more light/flow from the bottom since your parameters look good.
The plate corals like medium flow(brings them food), so if you can keep it on the bottom in a place of medium flow it might help.
