Is this a duster of some type?

Wondering if this is a duster or some type, perhaps a feather duster?

I'd say it is a feather duster. Can you see the tube?

It could be that or a barnacle. Definitely some type of plankton feeder. When I blow the image up it also looks like it could be one of the plankton feeding crustaceans. Does it move around? Crustacean! If sedentary, probably worm. Regardless, beautiful. Congrats!

I can't see a tube on this one. I do have a for sure feather duster in another part of the tank. There are actually several of these around the tank now that I can't see a tube on.

Hmm that gives me doubts then. Hopefully someone else can tell us with more certainty.
Can you post a picture from a higher angle?

It could be, however their tentacles are not 360 degree symmetrical, as these appear to be.
A top down picture would help.

For sure. Dusters and barnacle are most likely, but could be a small brittle star or even a crinoid. Can't tell for sure from the photo...

That's really the only angle I can get of it due to where it is. Everything else causes too much distortion to make anything out. I was able to finally see a small tube going into the rock when the flow moved it just right. I also got some pics of a different one in the tank... both extended and retracted into its tube. I'll post those tomorrow when I get back home.
