Still somewhat hard to tell from the resolution, but the anemone appears to be a Ball anemone (Pseudocorynactis). These are harmless cnidarians (nowhere near as invasive as the notorious Aiptasia anemones) that are actually a type of mushroom coral.

No problem! I have never seen hitchhiker ball anemones grow much larger than a pea, though there are massive, rarer species.

By ball tips, do you mean the white tips of the tentacles? I think I can see them in OP’s images. OP’s cnidarian also looks more compact than Majanos and has a more prominent mouth.

Whoever this, I wish they lived in driving distance. I'd clean their tank for them to get these majanos.

It almost looks like a little bleached Ricordea, but that probably isn't the case. Most likely a ball morph as others have said. The poochy mouth and wiry tentacles give it away.
