I can try to get a better picture but it looks like the stalk of a clove or zoa with a furry polyp on top. Idk how it got in my tank or what it is.

I would say neither, but it’s kinda hard to tell from the pic. Maybe a Duncan coral?

I’ll see what I can do for a clearer pic idk how a random clear duncan would randomly sprout up in my sand bed but I feel that might be the best answer if it’s true.

So..... I was having a moment. I touched it with a long stick and my seahorse ate it. I assume it was a peice of a Mysis shrimp? It just looked really weird in that angle.
