I’ve seen some normal looking bristle worms in my aquarium but nothing like this almost hot pink looking one. Fireworm perhaps? How should I go about removal or is that even necessary? And sorry about pic quality i hope that doesn’t affect the ability to identify it.

Pic quality makes it hard but it looks like a regular bristle worm. I’d build a trap out of a water bottle and get them all out, I don’t care for them personally

Looks like a common bristle worm to me as well. They are a very important part of your clean up crew. If you begin to have too many, you are aver feeding the tank and if you cut back their population will self limit in short order. FWIW, my leopard wrasse finds them to be a delectable snack.
