Is this a flower anemone or?

I have these appearing in several areas of my tank now on the rock work, but not sure what they are:

Those are majanos. Unfortunately they can become invasive, so you may want to remove them.

+1 on majanos. Not quite as invasive as aiptasia, but still a pest and can spread. Use the same methods as aiptasia to remove.

+1 on majanos they an be very pretty and have the potential to over run a tank like aptasia. I agree on removal

You can use a scaled down version of the below. Or if they are in groups, you can use a single pipe that covers the group to remove easily. Being as they are photosynthetic, unlike aiptasia, this works very well. Trick is to make sure the pipe is at an angle, so light cannot reach the nems.
