I am thinking of adding a yellow tang and flame angle to my 75 gallon display. Are these a good Choice? I am also going the get some corals in 2 days. I only have one in my tank right now because this tank is about 3 months old. What corals do you recommend.

The yellow tang will get too big for a 75 gallon as an adult. It's best to put them in a larger tank with ample swimming room to avoid stress on the fish. The Flame angel may pick at some of your corals, depending on which ones it likes to eat. For corals I would recommend soft corals such as zoanthids, leathers, kenya tree, mushrooms for starter corals in a young tank. If those do well, I would slowly move into LPS, and then if you're really into it, you can try out SPS as well.
