I know about momentive and ge, but they are not available in my country.
If the above silicone is, in fact, the one in the link below then it is aquarium safe. However, take a look at the reviews as it appears the item that some people bought is not the item that is advertised.

I bought the silicone from Home Depot or Lowes, GE brand with the #1, it's safe for aquarium. I believe it's doesn't say safe for aquarium but the lfs told me that's the one to use. Do not use the #2 it's not aquarium safe.

the #2 is Reef SAFE you just have to let it cure for the proper amount of time. Just like other adhesives. the Cure time is related to the size of bead . for the average aquarium this would be 2-3 weeks in normal indoor temp and humidity... You need to let it cure until a few days after the smell is totally gone away.
