most likely collonista snails eggs, If you have those. unless you have breeding nudis in your aquarium.

if you can take a pick at night, that would help. since it changes appearances.

Cause to me, in the video. It looks like a mucus pack with eggs inside. Like the ones my snails have.

hydroids only kill pods and plankton they might irritate coral but they are hard to keep alive in aquaria. i managed to get a few in my tank that i collected if i decide to buy a pygmy angel they are good live food

Couldn’t get a pick but it does appear to be more mucus like than a tentacle of some type

The collonista are very small. They get much bigger than the ones in my picture.
If you have corals, keep an eye out for nudibranches. Some lay eggs similar to that as well.

I did buy some tiny snails from reefcleaners, wonder if that’s what is happening

does scraping them off glass kill them?

the eggs, probably not. Snails lay them in a nice flow to keep algae growth off of them. I usually just scrape around them.
They could end up in a filter bag. But, there are probably nests around as well you don't see

Agree- Like collanista or other would be Columbellid snail eggs but thinking collanista. Unlike many snail eggs which do not have a high hatch rate, collanista usually do. Harmless tiny pea size snails
