It depends on what came with it.
My jbj cube was a 1200 maxi jet. It came with options of 600 and 900 and 1200.

Not sure that will fit. Size wise.

I went with this in my 14g biocube.

Thats going to be tight fit in the BC32. Most people upgrade the stock BC32 pump to the Cobalt MJ1200. That's what I did. Fits perfect and its pretty quiet.
