Hello!
I added 2 cleaner shrimps today after 11 weeks in a fishless system. All my other fish are qt with copper and then observed for 2 weeks in a sterile tank.
A couple of minutes after my cleaner shrimp were added one of my anthias presented herself to get "cleaned" by the shrimp.
Does that mean i have something in my system? All fish look and eat normal with 0 sign (besides lympho) of disease.

It doesn’t have to mean anything other than a fish wanting to get a spa treatment. If the same fish harasses the shrimp to get cleaned then I would look for other signs of issues.

Phew!! I work so hard 2 keep stuff out of my tank. 11 weeks for inverts and 4-7 weeks for fish. Its a pain but when i see all my fish eating and healthy it is amazing 2 c

cleaner shrimp and fish take off old skin/scales so fish without parasites want to get cleaned. i wouldn't worry about a fish wanting to be cleaned.

It's something genetically encoded to some fish I'm thinking. Mine has found an overhang to hang out in that I have dubbed "the car wash". Fish swim in on end, the cleaner has his fun and the fish swim out the other end. It's fairly quick.

@EmdeReef said it, though. Watch for any fish constantly hanging out at the cleaner and if so, observe closely.
