Nah that fish is real and is really 32k… looked on their website to verify when I first saw it!

Yep reef pro for you haha. I only look at their live auctions and see if a fish Im looking for is there and affordable cause NO OTHER FISH on their website is remotely in my budget especially one thats half my yearly salary!!

I quite liked the video below of the 30k one getting slightly picked on by a yellow tang. I'd be super paranoid about putting that tang in a tank with another Zebrasoma hahah.

Yeah I second that! I was like holy bleep when I saw it and then another holy bleep when I saw the price! I would be terrified to put that fish with ANYTHING with the price point!!

I’ve bought a gem tang for 800 (quarantined) and they are up to 1200.

These fish seem a bit steep for me. I haven’t been drafted to the NHL yet and it’s unlikely now that I’m 40.

30k and a 2 dollar mirror. What could go wrong. This mirror trick did work my gem and yellow tang. Can’t imagine the stress of issues existed.

If only I were rich and had billions of dollars to burn… but nope just a working class American in the first responder business, making like no money for what I do… no way I would ever be able to buy that fish! And even if I was rich I would not want this guy in a tank with anything else!!

Off topic but it's crazy how much the price of gem tangs has fallen. My LFS is selling 8 of them at $300 (Canadian) each.

Unpopular opinion, if that tang was the same price as any other zebrasoma, I'd pick the other Zebrasoma.

Those colors to me don't look natural or appealing in any way
