Yes. Nice looking

Thanks. I couldn't tell if it was a blue angelfish or a queen. Scooped this baby up for $40

Saw pic on my phone. Now that I am at the computer, it is actually a Blue. $40 still a deal as they retail at an average of $79-$89.99.

I think it may be a hybrid of the two. Just saying that because it does have a distinctive crown on the forehead, as the blue angelfish does not. But the pectoral fins are not blue as like the queen angelfish are.

It's a blue, or mostly blue (hybrids abound with varying degrees of combination). Queens will always have thew deep blue coloration at the base of the dorsal and anal fins, where they meet the caudal peduncle.

Yeah I realize that now. I think it's a hybrid of the two as well. I wish it was a legit queen though. That's what I've been looking for. I jumped the gun on this guy and bought him without looking at a juv queen on the web. Still a good looking fish though.

Its a GREAT looking fish. Can't wait to see the coloration on that one when it matures!!
