Is this a kind of snail?

These have popped up all over my rocks and a few on my glass and pumps, are they a snail? They dont move but they are a swirly shape

I would assume a filter feeder but i am in no way an expert. Shouldn't be bad
 
Not vermetid snails these are spirobid worms considering the white color and shape. Vermetid snails have brown tubes that grow a bit taller and have tentacles come out of the tubes to feed on debris.
None of them move but if you look closely at the spirobid worms you can see sometimes they have feather duster like crowns peeking out
