Looks like an isopod, not sure whether it's 'good' or 'bad' but someone else may be able to provide a better answer!
 
Looks like it might belong to the Sphaeromatidae family- I wouldn’t add it back into the tank though. At that size, it may be predatory
 
I'd do a sump dump with it... if you have a sump.
 
I believe it is a cirolanid isopod, I see posts about people trying to rid their tanks of them, good or bad?
Battling them myself at the moment. Have researched and they are bad. Currently using the bottle trap method described here. Just caught another 15 last night in a 75 gal display with no fish yet. That puts me at approximately 60 in the last 3-4 weeks. It will be a long term battle. Good luck and keep us informed how it goes.
