Found 2 of these tonight? It appears to be filter feeding and pulling what it catches to its central mouth. Video at link.

Looks like a filter feeding sea cucumber to me (I'm not sure if it's a medusa worm specifically or not, as that term is generally used for Apodid sea cucumbers which have no legs/feet).
