Is this a mega limpet?

I've been reefing for 15 years. I setup another tank a few months back and have never heard of limpets. This tank is full of them but they are tiny. This morning, I noticed this monster. Where do they live during the day? Is he bad? I assume the only way to get rid of them is feed less. I have a coris wrasse is qt to handle the small ones, but who is going to eat this guy? He scares the Hermits. LOL

Not a limpet, but a stometella(sp?) snail.

They look like a slug with a thumbnail for a shell. They are an awesome part of your CUC, readily breed in our tanks, and usually hitchhike their way in.
