I am at work so here is what I have tell I get home.Can you upload the full size pic and not a screenshot from your phone? Very hard to tell. Also a pic looking directly at the "bump" would be awesome.
I agree. It does look like that is just algae in a bump or a head that just didn't make it. When mine pop new heads, they are usually right below the "meat" of the bigger head and it is noticeable of being a new head. The color of new heads is also not as vibrant of the full size ones. I do have to say that bugger looks nice and happy, so just keep loving it and it will pop new heads at some point.I don’t not see any living tissue at this new head just some algae.

Below is your pic with it noted of where I usually see new heads pop from. Granted this may just be mine that pop new ones there, but I have quite a few that have gone from 2 heads to over 40, and all of them pop in that area all the way around the body.
