Yes, internal parasites. Feed Metro or GC +focus+food for 14 days. That should take care of that.

Thanks. I ordered focus. So hopefully they will be ok for a couple days. How long do they generally survive once the parasites appear?

It depends, what usually happens is the fish will stop eating. Of all the parasites though this one will give more time than others
