Is this a pest or a tiny polyp form a coral?

Please help me ID this pink polyp looking thing. It closes really fast if something goes by fast.
It came attached to a rock when I bought some mushrooms.
I have a 29g biocube with soft corals.

Is the whole pink section attached to it? or is just coralline and something has imbedded or grown over it?
 
I don’t know if you are going to be able to get an id without a better pic. It’s really blurry
 
Pretty sure it’s some type of pink sponge, not sure about the polyp. Maybe some form of anemone?
 
Looks like my mystery coral but smaller and redder, mine is more brown. Right at the end of my video you can see it best. I still have no clue what it is
It's right about the Coraline patch and to the right of the white mushroom . Neat little guy tho. It seems to "sway" on its own Accord, but mostly stays still. Has not moved in weeks.
