Is this a pest or eggs or something else

Hello All,

Trying to just get an idea of what this non-random discharge/or pest/or other is in the display tank.

Does this look familiar to anyone? I would try to research it but I have absolutely no idea what it is this time. Found it sticking to the glass on the aquarium in a very symmetrical pattern. Here are some pictures:
