Is this a planaria?

Hi, I'm restarting my tank (due to majanos), currently cycling the rock with a piece of LR. Just saw this on the glass, it shriveled as soon as I turned on the lights to get a better photo.

I suppose this is a planaria worm or a polyclad flatworm? What should I do with it?

Looks more like a Polyclad flatworm to me.
