My frogspawn has been closed today… I’m guessing that could be why.
I kinda freaked out about it and grabbed it out with a tweezers…
Anything to do about the toxin I just read about other than keep running carbon?

I'd worry more about additional flatworms than about toxins.

From my quick research in the last 5 minutes it seems like manual removal is the only real viable option…
Can they be trapped?
Am I dipping everything in the tank?

The toxins you are referring to has to do with the smaller flatworms. As many times there are lots of those and killing them all results in a flood of toxins. If you got this guy out with tweezers you should be fine.
