I bought the ones in the shell about a week ago. (I thought there was one in there) It's angry right now because I messed with it. 2 days later when I turned the lights on, the rock on the left had one already attached to it. Yesterday when I turned on the lights the one on the right was attached to that rock. I have never seen mushrooms attach overnight. Forgive my nasty looking little frag tank!

This is a picture of one that has separated from the others and has attached itself at the very top of the water.

Does this still look like a ricordea? I've never seen one pop from rock to rock or onto the glass and stick up at the water line. Is this normal? My others have never wanted to attach.

That looks like a majano anemone

+1^^^^^

The first pic looks like a yellow ric / blue plate on the shell , but yes the other guy looks like a majano who is just moving around, after second look the "bubble" tips are a dead giveaway

I have a tank full of majanos. I was afraid that's what it would look like to everyone. This is not one of them. Going on another killing spree this weekend. It's a war but I'm gaining on the majano. This is the same as in the shell. They just keep splitting and moving. I have never had a ric take hold like these. Thank you all for your opinions. Maybe I can get some better pictures.
