I would also say acanthophylia aka meat coral. Meat corals get much bigger, have a more wavy skin appearance. Scoly is more smooth. Meat coral looks like crinkled crepe paper.
Also the bottom of scoly has a flatter skeleton. The meat coral is more pointed, like a funnel.
I do believe it is an acanthophyllia but by the picture it looks very small. There is also a type of mini scoly that looks similar to that. I would say wait till it grows and if it becomes very fleshy it is an acanthophyllia but if it doesn't it is a mini scoly. Look up mini scolymia one Google and there should be an article about them.
