By The Way it is only the size of a rain drop

Looks like a ball anemone. I have had them in my tank since I started it and they have caused no harm to anything. I have heard of them taking over tanks so i do kill them off occasionally using aiptasia x. Only do so when i see a handful about every 2-3 months. I think my orchid dottyback picked them off aswell but he came up missing the other day.

Here is a photo from google that looked just like mine. They almost look like they have dew on their tentacles. I have never seen on in my tanke even get to the size of a dime.

Those are called ball anemones or strawberry anemones. They are not true anemones. they are corallimorphs, like ricordia.

Did that come on Florida rock? If so, and it stays small, it is probably a tropical species of Corynactis. They are colonial but usually stay small and out of the way. They don't take over like aiptasia.

I have a tiny one in my tank too and it hasn't caused any harm.

My ball anemone. They expand at night.
