Is this a spaghetti worm?

I've seen several of these tentacles (I thin they're tentacles) coming from the same section of live rock, but haven't seen a body. Is this a spaghetti worm? On another thread, someone helped ID a spaghetti worm, but the tentacles were brownish on that one. These appear to almost be black and white striped.

Sounds like them but picture is not a hugely useful tool as is... Whites only? Could also be micro brittles?
