Is this a sphagetti worm?

Red worm like thing.

Was doing a water change in my nano and when I was dumping the old water out I spotted this creature.

Any ideas?

I dumped it in the drain so it’s too late for it to be a good pest although I’m sure there’s more if there was one as I never added this to my tank and started with dry rock.

Draw a circle around it. I can't see a spaghetti worm in there.

I see what looks like a detritus worm left of the algae.

Yeah. That’s what I was referring to.

No harm then? I’ve never seen them before in the tank so idk where they came from.
