Is this a sponge?

It started growing in my sump under no light. I assume its a sponge? Or mold? Idk. It has white translucent tubes as well.

Could you take pictures under white light (ex. with a flashlight)? I am pretty sure those are sponges, but the lighting makes it somewhat hard to tell.

Thanks! Those are cryptic sponges (very healthy ones at that) and would definitely be keepers, personally.
