Is this a stomatella?

Added some live rock to the sump and 1 piece to the DT about 10 days ago and just saw this guy today. Tried to get a decent pic once the water was stopped. First one is the view with the water on, second with the water off (above the water line). Thanks!

Not sure what that is. Looks gelatinous. Is it moving and crawling around?

It does not appear to have moved since yesterday and now there is a companion about 6 inches away, also at the water line. Currently the only intentional tank inhabitant is an urchin.
