Is this a vermetid snail?

Bought a coral today and upon inspection while dipping I saw w white coiled tube. Knowing that it could be bad I scraped it off with my fingernail and there was a 1/4" (or so) something left behind in the dip solution. Putting it under a microscope I saw this:


I think this is a vermetid snail as it appears that the transparent objects that seem like "wings" are the web.

Any thoughts?

I haven't scoped a vermetid yet, so it's hard to say, but your description matches a vermetid. I'll try and find one tomorrow and scope it out if someone else hasn't confirmed the ID by then.
