Is this a wild sea cucumber?

On my mussel there is a different looking polyp with many more tentacles with no frills but each tentacle has tentacles branching off like a sea cucumber or something. It's right above the tube worm.

Also it's very reactive and fast. It will shoot into it's hole if anything bothers it

Yes, it's very fast
It has a mouth in the center

Yes they do. The stalks can be in a hole in the rock and they literally retract and disappear.
