Sorry about the quality of video but please let me know what it is! It looks like a worm with a polyp style face that shrinks when I go near the tank then comes out again.

I spelt it wrong lol spionid worm* but I think they're neutral in a tank. A little ugly but over not a problem. I don't know how to control them other then not feeding as much and keeping your lights on less
